Welcome to Yabai Distribution LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida-based wholesale condom distributor established in 1996. We are one of the largest and highest-rated condom distributors in the world, providing a one-stop source for bulk and retail condoms, dental dams, lubricants, educational supplies, and other safer-sex products to businesses, health institutions, non-profits, educational organizations, government entities, pharmacies, stores, and adult entertainment venues.
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
2. Account Registration
Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.
3. Ordering and Purchases
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, shipping, or handling fees. Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. All prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We are a Florida-based distributor with shipping points in Florida, California, and New England. We ship **only within the USA**.
- All in-stock orders ship in 1–2 business days.
- Orders are shipped via the cheapest available method using **UPS or FedEx** (we provide discreet shipping for bulk orders).
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products:
- 25% Restocking Fee applies to any **unopened** returned products.
- Once the factory seal has been opened, we can only offer **replacement** for defective products.
To arrange a return, contact us first at [email protected]. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has shipped.
7. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via **Stripe** (and other methods displayed at checkout, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product descriptions, etc.) is owned by Yabai Distribution LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
